This doc provides some basic guidance for a notifications on-call engineer.

Datadog Logs​

There are some ways to quickly look at the logs and find requests across all our services. Add a filter by notification_name, idempotency_key, request_id by doing something like @notification_name:approve_job_posting in the logs search box (example).

If you are debugging the HAI service you can use these as filters "[render-email]" env:production service:handshake-ai (quick link)
